Rossmönster, a manufacturer of custom and standard model adventure vehicles, would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is the highest priority.
Regrettably, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the product has been received unless the product is faulty, defective, or damaged during shipping.
All products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they were damaged during transit, and/or defective “out of the box”.
Defective or Damaged Products
For a product to be eligible for return, repair or refund:
All defective or damaged product claims must be initiated with us within five (5) days of delivery.
Defective or damaged products must be returned in original packaging.
Only products purchased from Rossmönster are eligible for defective or damaged returns.
We value honesty and integrity, and will work with our customers to make any situation right, and therefore any products that have been shipped in error or are defective will be returned, repaired or replaced, at our expense.
Rossmönster will not accept product returns, repairs or refunds for the following:
General customer or end-consumer dissatisfaction.
